14 oz Tofu, pressed
1 ½ Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 ½ Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- Press your tofu by wrapping it in cheese cloth and placing a heavy plate or sauté pan on top of it. Let it drain for at least 15 -20 minutes.
- While the tofu is pressing, preheat your oven to 425F. The line a sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- After your tofu is done pressing, remove the cheese cloth and crumble the pressed tofu into small granules into a mixing bowl.
