  • 2 Tbsp Paprika preferably smoked
  • 1 Tbsp Chipotle Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 tsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt


  • Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
